Party Reservations

Rental fees below are for golf parties only. Your total party cost is your golf party fee + your food and bar tab, with the following options:

  • Group Tab (You pay for all your guest’s drinks)*

  • Drink Tickets (You pay for some guest drinks)*
     

*20% gratuity will be added to all party tabs.

(Party area reservation fee due at time of booking, 2 hour minimum except noted)

    • 1 simulator, private room optional

      for 2 hours

    • $79 per add-on hour

    • Up to 40 people

    • 2 simulators, private room optional

    • $326 For 2 hours

    • $158 per add-on hour

    • 40-100 People

    • 3 Simulators, Main Room Facility

    • $474 For 2 hours

    • $237 per hour add-on hour

    • 70-300 People

    • 6 Simulators Whole facility including games area

    • $3750 For 3 hours

    • 1250 per add-on hour

HOW IT WORKS

Fill out the form below to request your party date at least 2 weeks prior to your event.

  • We receive many requests weekly. Please allow at least 3 days for us to review requests and contact you.

  • If your date is available, a party estimate will be sent to you via email.

  • Review and approve your party estimate.  Deposit payments can be made either in-person or over the phone with a manager at All Seasons or can be sent as a digital invoice via email. 

  • A 20% gratuity is added to all party tabs when closing out at the end of your event.

  • 50% of the total event will be taken as your deposit and must be paid in full to reserve your party. 

  • Fully refundable if cancellation is received within 24 hours prior to your event. No-shows, or late cancellations are not eligible for deposit reimbursement.
